01 — Discovery

The first thing we will do is get introduced in a discovery zoom call. This will allow me to learn more about your business. Your needs, timelines, upcoming goals, and general day-to-day operations. You will also get a chance to learn about me and ask any questions you might have. At the end of the call if I am a good fit for you and the task at hand I will write a proposal and invoice and send it to you within 1 business day.

02 — Implementation

After the contract and invoice have been signed and paid it's time for us to schedule an implementation call. This is where we get down to business and you tell me all the details I need to know about your projects and we'll set up deadlines. All hours purchased must be used within 30 days. For the duration of the contract, we can connect by email or zoom as needed.

03 — Mission Complete

At the end of 30 days, I will have turned in any projects and finished tasks by email, Google Drive or Dropbox. We will schedule a follow-up call to answer any questions or feedback. Then, If you like my work and are interested in additional assistance we can talk about your next goals.
